CODE OF CONDUCT
By signing this AFA Code of Conduct I hereby agree:
- To act in the best interests of my clients at all times
- To act with due diligence and professionalism in the discharge of my duties for and on behalf of my clients
- To act in an honest, ethical and law abiding manner at all times
- To abide by all FIFA, UEFA and FA rules, regulations and codes of conduct
- To report any breaches of the law or FIFA, UEFA or FA rules, regulations or codes of conduct to the relevant authority
- Not to bring the game of Football into disrepute
- To conduct my business in as transparent a manner as possible while respecting personal and commercial confidences
- To observe and adhere to the AFA Constiution, Bye-Laws, Code of Conduct and all AFA policies and procedures adopted by the AFA Executive Committee and/or the AFA General Assembly
- Not to bring the profession of football agent into disrepute
- To represent the AFA, the football agent profession and the game of football in a positive and supportive manner at all times
- Not to commit or be responsible for and/or party to any form of discrimination including, without limitation, on the basis of race, sex, ethnic origin, religion, philosophical or political opinion or other grounds.
